3.1 System Requirements

3.2 Connecting Your Cintiq Pro 24

  1. Power Connection: Connect the 180W AC adaptor to the display and plug it into a power outlet.
  2. Video Connection: Choose one of the following options to connect the display to your computer:
    • USB-C: If your computer supports USB-C with DisplayPort Alternate Mode, use the provided USB-C to USB-C cable. This single cable handles both video and data.
    • DisplayPort: Connect the DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable from your computer's DisplayPort output to the Cintiq Pro. If your computer has Mini DisplayPort, use the included DisplayPort to Mini DisplayPort adapter.
    • HDMI: Connect the HDMI2.0 to HDMI2.0 cable from your computer's HDMI output to the Cintiq Pro.
  3. USB Data Connection (if not using USB-C for video): If you are using DisplayPort or HDMI for video, connect the standard USB-A to USB-A cable from your computer's USB port to the Cintiq Pro to enable pen and touch functionality.
  4. Driver Installation: Download and install the latest Wacom drivers from the official Wacom website. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. Restart your computer if prompted.
  5. ExpressKey Remote: The ExpressKey Remote comes with a USB-A RF dongle. Insert this dongle into an available USB port on your computer or the Cintiq Pro. The remote will automatically pair.
