1. Product Overview

The 3M P100 Respirator Cartridge/Filter 60923 is designed to provide respiratory protection against a range of airborne contaminants. It is NIOSH approved for use against certain organic vapors, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen fluoride, and both non-oil and oil particulates.

These cartridges feature a swept-back design for an enhanced field of view and increased comfort. They are easily attached to compatible 3M facepieces using a bayonet-style connection.

2. Safety Information

3. Setup and Installation

The 3M 60923 cartridges are designed for easy twist-on and twist-off assembly and disassembly with compatible 3M half and full facepiece designs.

  1. Open the package and inspect the respirator and filters for any damage.
  2. Ensure the respirator's head straps are adjusted for a comfortable fit.
  3. Attach the filters to the respirator using the 3M Bayonet Connection. Align the cartridge with the bayonet fitting on the facepiece and twist until it clicks into place.
  4. Put on the respirator, making sure the exhalation valve is at the bottom.
  5. Use the Quick Latch system for easy on/off in non-contaminated areas.

5. Maintenance
