Setup and Assembly

Before using your Ambiano Electric Stainless Steel Citrus Juicer for the first time, please follow these steps:

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage or disposal.
2. Clean: Wash all removable parts (dust cover, reamers, filter, juice collector) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The removable parts are dishwasher safe. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth; do not immerse the motor base in water.
3. Assemble:

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to extract fresh citrus juice:

1. Prepare Fruit: Wash your citrus fruit thoroughly. Cut the fruit in half across the middle (perpendicular to the stem).
2. Plug In: Ensure the anti-drip spout is in the open position (downwards) if you want juice to flow directly into a glass, or closed (upwards) if you want it to collect in the juice collector. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (240V).
3. Juice Extraction: Place one half of the cut citrus fruit onto the reamer. Apply gentle downward pressure. The motor will automatically start rotating the reamer.
4. Continue Juicing: Rotate the fruit slightly on the reamer to ensure maximum juice extraction. Continue until all desired fruit halves are juiced.
5. Collect Juice: The fresh juice will flow through the filter into the juice collector or directly into your glass via the spout.
6. Finish: Once juicing is complete, release pressure from the reamer. The motor will stop automatically. Unplug the appliance from the power outlet.

Tip: For best results, use room temperature fruit. Cold fruit yields less juice.

Cleaning and Maintenance
