Hanchen BT100-2J YZ1515x Peristaltic Pump Head Instruction Manual

Model: BT100-2J with YZ1515x Pump Head

1. Product Overview

The Hanchen BT100-2J YZ1515x Peristaltic Pump Head is designed for precise and controlled fluid transfer in laboratory and industrial settings. This pump system ensures fluid isolation from external contamination sources, maintaining product quality and consistency. Its design prioritizes ease of maintenance and high operational precision.

Key Features:

  • No Pollution: The peristaltic pump completely contains the fluid within the high-performance hose, preventing cross-contamination and isolating the fluid from external sources.
  • Easy Maintenance: The hose is the only component requiring replacement. The design eliminates valves and seals, reducing leakage concerns and simplifying cleaning.
  • Self-Absorption Capacity: Capable of suction up to 8 meters, creating up to 95% vacuum to prevent backflow. Supports two-way equal flow capacity.
  • Repeatability and High Precision: Flow rate is proportional to pump speed. Advanced microprocessor angle control technology ensures repetition accuracy of up to 0.3%, contributing to stable production processes.
  • Low Shear Force: Provides a flexible delivery mode with minimal shearing effect on fluids, preserving the integrity of sensitive materials.
  • Versatile Fluid Transport: Suitable for transporting solid, liquid, gas, or mixed-phase fluids, including abrasive, corrosive, and sensitive materials.
