4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

Each Vont Motion Sensor Light requires 3 AAA batteries (not included). Follow these steps to install them:

1. Gently twist the back cover of the light counter-clockwise to open the battery compartment.
2. Insert 3 AAA batteries, ensuring that the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the markings inside the compartment.
3. Replace the back cover and twist clockwise until it clicks securely into place.

4.2 Mounting the Light

The Vont Motion Sensor Light offers versatile mounting options:

• Magnetic Mounting: The light features a built-in magnet. Simply attach it to any suitable metallic surface.
• Adhesive Mounting: For non-metallic surfaces, peel off the protective film from one of the included double-sided adhesive pads. Firmly press the adhesive pad onto the back of the light, then press the light onto your desired clean, dry surface.

5. Operating Instructions

The Vont Motion Sensor Light operates automatically based on light and motion detection:

• Light Sensor: The light will only activate in dark conditions. It will not turn on if there is sufficient ambient light in the area.
• Motion Sensor: When motion is detected within the sensor's range in a dark environment, the light will automatically turn on.
• Automatic Shut-off: The light will automatically turn off after approximately 15-30 seconds of no detected motion, helping to conserve battery power.
