Setup Instructions
General Wireless Setup
- Plug the USB Wireless Transmitter into an available USB port on your console or PC.
- Power on your LS31 headset by pressing and holding the power button until the LED indicator lights up.
- The headset and transmitter should automatically pair. A solid LED on both devices indicates a successful connection.
Xbox One Setup
For game audio, connect the USB Wireless Transmitter to your Xbox One. For Xbox Live chat, the included 3.5mm cable is required to connect the headset to your Xbox One controller. Depending on your controller model, an Xbox One audio adapter (sold separately) may be necessary.
PlayStation 4 Setup
Connect the USB Wireless Transmitter to an available USB port on your PS4. Ensure the headset is powered on and paired. Adjust audio output settings on your PS4 to output all audio through the headset.
PC/Mac Setup
Plug the USB Wireless Transmitter into a USB port on your PC or Mac. The system should automatically detect the headset. Select the LS31 as your default audio input and output device in your operating system's sound settings.
Nintendo Switch, Mobile & Other Devices (Wired)
For wired use with devices like Nintendo Switch, smartphones, or tablets, connect the 3.5mm audio cable from the headset's 3.5mm jack to the device's audio port. The headset will function in passive mode, and microphone functionality will depend on the device's compatibility with the 3.5mm cable's TRRS connector.
