Setup Guide

Charging the Headset

Before first use, fully charge the headset. Connect the micro USB charging cable to the headset's charging port and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., console, PC, or USB wall adapter). The LED indicator on the headset will show charging status.

Connecting to PlayStation 4 / Xbox One (Optical Audio)

1. Connect the optical cable from your console's optical audio out port to the optical input on the LS41 wireless base station.
2. Connect the USB cable from the base station to a USB port on your console for power and chat functionality.
3. Power on the headset. The headset and base station should automatically pair.
4. On PS4: Go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices. Set Input Device to "USB Headset (LS41)" and Output Device to "USB Headset (LS41)". Set Output to Headphones to "All Audio".
5. On Xbox One: Connect the headset to your Xbox One controller using the included 3.5mm cable for chat. Ensure the base station is connected via optical and USB to the console.

Connecting to PC/Mac

1. Connect the USB cable from the LS41 wireless base station to a USB port on your PC/Mac.
2. Power on the headset.
3. On your PC/Mac, select the LS41 as your default audio input and output device in your sound settings.

Connecting to Nintendo Switch / Mobile (3.5mm Wired)

For Nintendo Switch (in handheld mode) and mobile devices, connect the headset directly using the 3.5mm audio cable. The wireless features will not be active in this mode.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button on the headset for 3 seconds to turn it on or off.

Volume Control

The LS41 features intuitive on-ear controls. Rotate the outer ring of the left earcup to adjust game volume. Rotate the outer ring of the right earcup to adjust chat volume.

Microphone Mute

Tap the center of the right earcup to mute/unmute the microphone. The LED on the boom mic will illuminate red when muted.

Microphone Monitoring

Press and hold the center of the right earcup to toggle microphone monitoring (sidetone) on or off.

EQ Modes / Sound Space

The LS41 offers 5 sound modes: Stereo, Super Stereo Front, Super Stereo Wide, Gaming Surround, and Boosted Surround. Press the button on the left earcup to cycle through these modes.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Wipe the headset and base station with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For earcups, gently wipe with a damp cloth and allow to air dry completely before use.

Storage

Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid placing heavy objects on the headset.

Battery Care

Troubleshooting

No Audio / Low Audio

• Ensure the headset is powered on and paired with the base station.
• Check all cable connections (optical, USB) to the console/PC and base station.
• Verify audio settings on your console/PC are configured to output audio to the LS41.
• Adjust both game and chat volume controls on the headset.
• Recharge the headset battery.

Microphone Not Working

• Ensure the boom microphone is securely inserted into the headset.
• Check if the microphone is muted (red LED on mic). Tap the right earcup to unmute.
• Verify microphone input settings on your console/PC are set to the LS41.
• Test the microphone monitoring feature to confirm internal mic function.

Intermittent Connection / Static

• Ensure the base station is within the wireless range (up to 30ft).
