1. Product Overview

The COSORI Coffee Mug Warmer and Mug Set is designed to maintain your beverage at a precise temperature. This set includes a stainless steel mug and a warming plate with digital temperature control.

2. Safety Instructions

• Do not immerse the warming plate in water or other liquids.
• Ensure the warming plate is placed on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not touch the hot surface of the warming plate during or immediately after use.
• Use only with compatible mugs. The included stainless steel mug is recommended for optimal performance.
• Unplug the device when not in use or before cleaning.

3. Getting Started (Setup)

1. Unpack all components: the warming plate, stainless steel mug, and lid.
2. Place the warming plate on a dry, stable, and heat-resistant surface near a power outlet.
3. Plug the power cord into a standard AC 100–240 V, 50–60 Hz electrical outlet.
4. The digital display will illuminate, indicating the device is ready for use.

4. Operation

4.1 Powering On/Off

• Press the power button (⏻) to turn the warmer on or off.
• The LCD digital display will show the current temperature setting when on.

4.2 Temperature Control

• Use the touch-sensitive buttons (∧ and ∨) to adjust the desired temperature.
• Temperature readings are accurate within 1 degree Fahrenheit.
• The warming plate can heat up to 194°F (90°C).
• To switch between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C), press and hold both the ∧ and ∨ buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.

4.3 Using the Mug and Lid

• Place the included 17-ounce 304 food-grade stainless steel mug onto the center of the warming plate.
• The mug features a heat-resistant handle and a rubber sleeve for comfortable handling.
• Use the lid to help retain heat and prevent debris from entering your beverage.
• Note that the displayed temperature on the warmer reflects the plate's temperature, not the beverage's. Beverage temperature typically ranges from 77°F-158°F (25°C-70°C) depending on initial temperature and duration.

4.4 Versatile Use

The warming plate can be used for various beverages beyond coffee, such as tea, milk, or hot chocolate.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

• Always unplug the warmer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• Wipe the warming plate with a soft, damp cloth. The spill-proof design helps prevent damage from accidental spills.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can scratch the surface.
• The stainless steel mug is easy to clean. Hand washing is recommended to preserve its finish and insulation properties.

6. Troubleshooting

• Warmer not turning on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a functional outlet.
• Beverage not heating sufficiently: Verify the temperature setting is appropriate for your desired warmth. Ensure the mug is centered on the warming plate. Using the lid can help retain heat.
• Inaccurate temperature display: The display shows the plate temperature. The actual beverage temperature may vary.
