4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps carefully to ensure a secure and correct installation.
4.1 Pre-Installation Checks
- Verify TV Compatibility: Ensure your TV's screen size is between 40 and 75 inches and its VESA mounting pattern is within 300x200 to 600x400.
- Check TV Weight: Confirm your TV's weight does not exceed 209 lbs (95 kg) for VESA up to 400x400, or 121 lbs (55 kg) for VESA greater than 400x400.
- Wall Type: This mount is specifically designed for solid concrete walls using the provided Fischer dowels. Do not install on drywall or stud walls without consulting a professional or using appropriate alternative hardware.
- Required Tools (not included): Drill, stud finder (if applicable), level, measuring tape, pencil, screwdriver, socket wrench.
4.2 Attaching TV Brackets to the TV
- Carefully place your TV face-down on a soft, clean surface to prevent screen damage.
- Identify the VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV.
- Select the appropriate screws, washers, and spacers from the provided hardware kit that fit your TV's mounting holes.
- Attach the two vertical TV bracket arms to the back of your TV. Ensure they are centered and securely fastened, but do not overtighten.
4.3 Mounting the Wall Plate to the Wall
- Determine the desired height and position for your TV. Use a pencil to mark the top center of where the TV will be.
- Hold the wall plate assembly against the wall at the desired location. Use a level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. Mark the drilling points through the holes on the wall plate.
- Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. For solid concrete walls, use a masonry drill bit of the appropriate size for the Fischer dowels.
- Insert the Fischer dowels into the drilled holes until they are flush with the wall surface.
- Align the wall plate with the dowels and secure it to the wall using the provided lag bolts and washers. Tighten all bolts firmly to ensure the wall plate is securely anchored.

4.4 Hanging the TV on the Wall Plate
- With assistance, carefully lift the TV (with the attached brackets) and hook the TV brackets onto the wall plate.
- Ensure both TV brackets are properly seated and engaged with the wall plate.
- Locate the safety screws or locking mechanisms on the bottom of the TV brackets. Tighten these to secure the TV to the wall plate and prevent accidental dislodgement.
5. Operating and Adjusting the Mount
The RICOO R06-F mount offers various adjustments for optimal viewing.

Figure 3: Visual representation of the mount's adjustable features, including swivel, tilt, wall distance, and screen rotation.
- Swivel/Pivoting: The mount allows for up to 120 degrees of swivel (60 degrees left, 60 degrees right) if the display width is a maximum of 80cm. Gently push or pull the TV to the desired angle.
- Tilting: The TV can be tilted +/-15 degrees (15 degrees up, 15 degrees down). Loosen the tilt adjustment knobs on the TV brackets, adjust to the desired angle, and then re-tighten the knobs to secure the position.
- Rotation: The front plate allows for a rotation of +/-6 degrees. This feature is useful for fine-tuning the horizontal alignment of the TV after installation. Adjust as needed and secure.
- Wall Distance: The mount allows for a variable wall distance from 115mm (retracted) to 545mm (extended). Extend or retract the arms to achieve the desired distance from the wall.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your TV wall mount.
- Cleaning: Wipe the mount with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Periodic Checks: Every few months, check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Lubrication: The moving parts are designed for smooth operation and generally do not require lubrication. If movement becomes stiff, contact customer support.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, refer to the following common solutions.
- TV is not level: Use the +/-6 degree rotation feature to adjust the horizontal alignment. Ensure all mounting screws are tightened evenly.
- Mount feels loose: Immediately remove the TV. Re-check all wall mounting bolts and TV bracket screws for tightness. Ensure the wall structure is sound.
- Difficulty adjusting tilt/swivel: Ensure no cables are obstructing movement. For tilt, loosen the adjustment knobs, reposition, and re-tighten.
- TV does not fit the mount: Verify your TV's VESA pattern and weight against the specifications in this manual. If incompatible, do not attempt to force installation.
