3. Setup Instructions
- Install Call Button Battery:
Each call button requires one 12V Alkaline battery (included). Use the provided tool (if applicable) to open the back cover, insert the battery with correct polarity, and close the cover securely.
- Plug in Receiver:
Plug each receiver into a standard electrical outlet in a central location or where the caregiver is most likely to hear the alert.
- Pairing (if necessary):
The units are typically pre-paired. If re-pairing is needed, press and hold the volume button on the receiver until it blinks and chimes. Then, press the call button. The receiver will confirm successful pairing.
- Call Button Placement:
The call button can be worn around the neck using the lanyard or attached to a surface (e.g., bedside, bathroom wall) using the provided double-sided adhesive tape. Ensure it is within easy reach of the user.

4. Operating Instructions
To use the Daytech Caregiver Pager System:
- To Call for Help:
Press the large "CALL" button on the wireless call button. The button will illuminate briefly, indicating the signal has been sent.
- Receiving an Alert:
The plug-in receiver will sound an audible alert and its LED light will flash. This indicates that the user has pressed their call button and requires attention.
- Adjusting Receiver Settings:
The receiver features buttons on the side to adjust volume levels and change the alert tone. Refer to the "Features" section for more details.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the receiver and call button with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the devices in water.

- Storage: Store the system in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
