Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

1. Locate the Micro USB charging port on the inline remote control.
2. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the headphones and a power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
3. The LED indicator will illuminate to show charging status.
4. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours. The LED indicator will change or turn off once charging is complete.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Power On: Press and hold the multi-function button on the inline remote until the LED indicator flashes, indicating the headphones are powered on.
2. Enter Pairing Mode: Continue holding the multi-function button (or press and hold again if already on) until the LED indicator flashes rapidly, usually alternating blue and red, signifying pairing mode.
3. Activate Bluetooth on Your Device: Go to the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone, tablet, or other audio device.
4. Select "AKG Y100": From the list of available devices, select "AKG Y100" to connect.
5. Confirmation: Once successfully paired, the LED indicator on the headphones will typically show a solid blue light or flash slowly, and you may hear an audible confirmation.
6. Reconnect: The headphones will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.

Operating Instructions

The inline remote control provides easy access to various functions.

Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the multi-function button for approximately 2-3 seconds.
• Power Off: Press and hold the multi-function button for approximately 3-5 seconds.

Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Press the multi-function button once.
• Next Track: Press and hold the Volume Up (+) button for 2 seconds.
• Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume Down (-) button for 2 seconds.
• Volume Up: Press the Volume Up (+) button.
• Volume Down: Press the Volume Down (-) button.

Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Press the multi-function button once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the multi-function button for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Double-press the multi-function button (functionality depends on your connected device).

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Gently wipe the earbuds and neckband with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Ear Tips: Remove ear tips periodically and clean them with a damp cloth. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
