Setup Guide
1. Charging Base Placement
Place the charging base against a wall in an open area, ensuring there are no obstacles within 1 meter (3 feet) to the front and 0.5 meters (1.5 feet) to the sides. Connect the power adapter to the charging base and plug it into a wall outlet. Ensure the power indicator on the charging base illuminates.
2. Initial Charging
Place the robot onto the charging base, aligning its charging contacts with those on the base. The robot will begin charging automatically. For first-time use, charge the robot for at least 6 hours to ensure optimal battery performance.
3. Installing Side Brushes
Attach the two side brushes to the corresponding posts on the bottom of the robot. Press firmly until they click into place. Ensure the brushes are correctly oriented (L for left, R for right).
4. Installing Dustbin or Water Tank
The robot can either vacuum or mop. For vacuuming, insert the dustbin into the designated slot under the top cover. For mopping, fill the water tank with clean water (and a small amount of neutral cleaning solution if desired), attach the mop pad, and then insert the water tank into the robot. Ensure it is securely latched.
Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
To power on the robot, press and hold the power button on the robot's control panel until the indicator light illuminates. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the light turns off.
2. Cleaning Modes

- Edge Clean: Press the edge clean button on the remote control. The robot will clean along walls and furniture edges.
3. Scheduling
The robot can be programmed for daily cleaning. Use the remote control or the dedicated mobile application (for CONNECT models) to set a cleaning schedule. Refer to the remote control section or app instructions for detailed scheduling steps.
4. Water Flow Control (Control Clean)
When using the mopping function, the Amibot Animal Premium H2O features "Control Clean" for adjusting the water flow from the H2O tank. This setting can typically be adjusted via the mobile application to suit different floor types and cleaning needs.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your robot.
1. Emptying the Dustbin
Open the top cover, remove the dustbin, and empty its contents into a trash bin after each cleaning cycle or when full. Clean the dustbin with a dry cloth.
2. Cleaning Filters
Remove the filters from the dustbin. Tap them gently to remove dust. Do not wash the HEPA filter with water. Replace filters every 3-6 months depending on usage.
3. Cleaning the Main Brush
Remove the main brush cover and then the main brush. Use the provided cleaning tool to remove hair and debris tangled around the brush. Reinstall the brush and cover.
4. Cleaning Side Brushes
Periodically remove the side brushes and clean any hair or debris wrapped around them. If brushes are damaged or worn, replace them.
5. Cleaning Sensors
Wipe the cliff sensors (located on the bottom of the robot) and the charging contacts (on the robot and charging base) with a clean, dry cloth to ensure proper function.
6. Cleaning the Water Tank and Mop Pad
After mopping, empty any remaining water from the tank. Rinse the tank thoroughly. Remove the mop pad, wash it by hand or machine, and allow it to air dry completely before reattaching or storing.
