Setup and Assembly

Your Dirt Devil Endura Reach vacuum cleaner comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly.

1. Attach Handle: Insert the handle into the main vacuum body until it clicks securely into place.
2. Attach Hose: Connect the flexible hose to the hose inlet on the back of the vacuum. Ensure it is firmly attached.
3. Store Tools: Place the crevice tool and dusting brush onto their designated storage posts on the vacuum.

Operating Instructions

Powering On and Reclining

To turn on the vacuum, plug it into a standard electrical outlet. The power button is located on the lower back of the unit. To recline the vacuum for cleaning, place your foot on the nozzle and pull the handle back.

Cleaning Different Surfaces

The multi-floor brush roll and CleanPath technology allow for effective cleaning on both hard floors and carpets.

Using the Quick Release Wand and Tools

For extended reach and detailed cleaning, detach the quick-release wand. The vacuum includes a 2-in-1 dusting brush and crevice tool for versatile cleaning.

Maintenance

Emptying the Dirt Cup

The easy-release dirt cup can be emptied with the touch of a button.

1. Ensure the vacuum is unplugged.
2. Press the "Release Dirt Cup" button located near the handle to detach the dirt cup.
3. Hold the dirt cup over a trash can.
4. Press the lever on the bottom of the dirt cup to open the bottom flap and release debris.
5. Close the flap and reattach the dirt cup to the vacuum until it clicks securely.

Cleaning the Filter

The rinsable filter helps maintain suction performance. Clean regularly as needed.

1. Remove the dirt cup.
2. Locate and remove the filter from the dirt cup.
3. Rinse the filter under running water until clean.
4. Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting. Do not use the vacuum with a wet filter.
