6.2 Swivel, Tilt, and Rotation
The arm allows for flexible positioning of your monitor:
- Swivel: The arm joints allow for 180-degree swivel, and the VESA plate can swivel 360 degrees, enabling you to position your monitor left or right.
- Tilt: The monitor can be tilted +/- 45 degrees to reduce glare and find the optimal viewing angle.
- Rotation: The VESA plate supports 360-degree rotation, allowing you to switch between landscape and portrait orientations.
Adjustments can be made by gently moving the monitor to the desired position. If the monitor does not hold its position, refer to the troubleshooting section for tension adjustments.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the monitor arm with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Periodic Checks: Regularly check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Lubrication: No lubrication is required for the moving parts.
8. Troubleshooting
- Monitor Sags or Does Not Hold Position: The tension in the arm joints may need adjustment. Use the provided Allen key to tighten the screws at the joints until the monitor holds its position firmly.
- Arm is Too Stiff to Move: The tension in the arm joints may be too high. Use the provided Allen key to slightly loosen the screws at the joints until the arm moves smoothly.
- Desk Clamp is Loose: Ensure the desk clamp screw is fully tightened against the desk surface. Verify that the desk thickness is within the supported range.
- Monitor Not Level: Adjust the tilt mechanism or the VESA plate rotation to level the monitor.
