1. Product Overview

The Paw Patrol Ultimate Rescue Skye's Rescue Helicopter is designed for children aged 3 years and up, offering interactive play with sound effects and movable parts. This toy helicopter allows children to embark on rescue missions with their favorite Paw Patrol characters.

The set includes the rescue helicopter and two Paw Patrol figures. The helicopter features a movable propeller, a functional rescue hook, and space to accommodate up to six Paw Patrol puppy figures (additional figures sold separately).

2. Setup Instructions

2.1. Battery Installation

The Skye's Rescue Helicopter requires 2 x AAA batteries for its sound effects and lights. A demo battery set is included with the product. Follow these steps to install or replace batteries:

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the helicopter.
  2. Using a Phillips head screwdriver (not included), unscrew the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert 2 new AAA batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
  4. Replace the battery compartment cover and secure it with the screw.

Note: Always use fresh batteries and dispose of old batteries responsibly. Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.

2.2. Initial Inspection

Before first use, inspect the helicopter for any loose parts or damage. Ensure all components are securely attached. This product is designed for indoor use.

3. Operating Your Helicopter

3.1. Power On/Off

To activate the helicopter's sound effects and lights, locate and press the power button. Press it again to turn off the effects.

3.2. Movable Propeller

The helicopter features a movable propeller. Manually rotate the propeller to simulate flight. The engines on the side also have movable parts.

3.3. Rescue Hook Function

The helicopter is equipped with a functional rescue hook. To operate:

  1. Locate the rescue hook mechanism on the side of the helicopter.
  2. Extend the rescue hook by pulling it down.
  3. Use the hook to simulate lifting and rescuing small objects or figures.
  4. Retract the hook when not in use.

3.4. Character Placement

The helicopter has designated seating for Skye and Marshall in the cockpit. Additionally, there is an internal compartment designed to hold up to six Paw Patrol puppy figures, allowing for imaginative group rescue missions.

4. Care and Maintenance

4.1. Cleaning

To clean the helicopter, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the toy in water or use harsh cleaning agents, as this may damage the electronic components and paint finish.

4.2. Storage

Store the helicopter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If the toy will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and corrosion.

4.3. Battery Replacement
