Setup: Battery Installation

Batteries are not included and must be purchased separately. You will need a total of 7 AA batteries (5 for the car, 2 for the remote control).

1. RC Car Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the RC car.
2. Use a screwdriver to open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert 5 new AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Replace the battery compartment cover and secure it with the screw.

2. Remote Control Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert 2 new AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Replace the battery compartment cover.

3. Antenna Installation (if applicable)

Some remote control models may require the antenna to be screwed into the top of the transmitter. Ensure it is securely fastened for optimal signal range.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On

• Turn on the RC car using the ON/OFF switch located on its underside.
• Turn on the remote control.

2. Basic Controls

The remote control allows for full-function operation:

• Forward: Push the left joystick/trigger forward. Front lights will illuminate.
• Reverse: Pull the left joystick/trigger backward. Rear lights will illuminate.
• Stop: Release the left joystick/trigger to its neutral position.
• Turn Left: Turn the steering wheel/right joystick left.
• Turn Right: Turn the steering wheel/right joystick right.

3. Adjustable Front Wheel Alignment

If the RC car does not drive in a straight line, locate the trim adjustment dial on the underside of the car, near the front wheels. Adjust this dial slightly until the car maintains a straight path when moving forward.

4. Driving Surface

For optimal performance, operate the Ferrari F40 RC car on smooth, hard surfaces such as concrete, wood, or asphalt. Avoid operating on carpet or uneven terrain, as this may hinder performance and cause damage.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the car and remote control after each use. Do not use water or chemical cleaners.
• Storage: Store the RC car and remote control in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove batteries from both the car and remote if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage.
