1.1 Compatibility Check
To ensure this control box fits your specific ride-on car, open the existing control box in your electric ride-on car and compare its appearance and model number. This kit is compatible if the appearance and the model number (RX23 12V) match your original unit.

2. Safety Information
For external use only. Keep away from naked flame or direct heat sources. This product is intended for use with children's ride-on toys. Adult supervision is recommended during installation and operation.
3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Remote Control Battery Installation
The remote control requires two AAA 1.5V batteries. Use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the screw on the back of the remote control. Open the battery cover, install the batteries, ensuring correct positive (+) and negative (-) polarity, then close the battery cover and secure the screw.
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix different types of batteries.
- Remove exhausted batteries from the remote control promptly.

3.2 Frequency Matching (Pairing)
Frequency matching is required for the first use or after replacing the remote control batteries. If the matching is unsuccessful, turn off the car's power and repeat steps 2 and 3.
- Install two AAA 1.5V batteries into the remote control, observing correct polarity. The indicator light will flash three times, confirming correct battery installation.
- Press and hold the frequency key (often labeled "car select" or "S") on the remote control for approximately 2 seconds. The indicator light on the remote will begin to flash.
- Turn on the power supply of the ride-on car. The indicator light on the remote control will turn off, indicating successful frequency matching.
- If the indicator light does not turn off, the matching was unsuccessful. Turn off the car's power and repeat steps 2 and 3.
4. Operating Instructions
Once the remote control and receiver are successfully paired, you can operate the ride-on car using the remote control. The remote control will enter power-saving mode if not operated for 10 seconds, and the indicator light will turn off.

- ▼ (Down Arrow): Moves the car backward.
- ◀ (Left Arrow): Turns the car left.
- ▶ (Right Arrow): Turns the car right.
- S (Speed/Select): Controls speed settings or acts as the frequency matching button.
- P (Emergency Brake): Press this button to engage the emergency brake. The car's running function will stop. Press again to release.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and proper functioning of your remote control and receiver kit.
- Battery Care: Always use fresh batteries of the same type. Remove batteries if the remote control will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
- Cleaning: Wipe the remote control and receiver with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the kit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
