5.1 Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
2. Slide the battery cover downwards or press the latch and lift to open.
3. Insert two (2) AAA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals match the diagrams inside the compartment.
4. Replace the battery cover until it clicks securely into place.

5.2 Programming the Remote Control

5.2.1 Direct Code Entry (Recommended if code list is available)

1. Turn on the device you wish to control (e.g., TV, DVD).
2. Press and hold the SET button on the remote until the indicator light turns on.
3. Press the corresponding device button (e.g., TV1, DVD, SAT) once. The indicator light will flash.
4. Enter the 3-digit code for your device brand from the provided code list. The indicator light should turn off after the last digit is entered.

1. Turn on the device you wish to control.
