Setup

1. Battery Installation

The AL-HARAMEEN HA-3005 clock requires 2 AA batteries (not included).

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the clock.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert 2 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -).
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

Note: This product does not include an AC adapter. It is primarily battery-powered.

2. Initial Time and Date Setting

After installing batteries, the clock will power on. You may need to set the current time and date.

1. Press the SET button to enter the setting mode.
2. Use the UP and DOWN buttons (indicated by arrows) to adjust the values.
3. Press SET again to confirm and move to the next setting (e.g., Hour, Minute, Year, Month, Day).
4. Repeat until all time and date settings are correct.

3. City Setting for Prayer Times

The clock calculates prayer times based on your selected city.

1. In setting mode, navigate to the city selection.
2. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to browse through pre-programmed cities or enter an international dialing telephone code for your location.
3. Press SET to confirm your city selection.

4. Prayer Time Adjustment (if needed)

If your specific location requires a slight adjustment to the calculated prayer times, you can modify the difference.

1. In setting mode, locate the prayer time adjustment option.
2. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to add or subtract minutes from the calculated prayer times.
3. Press SET to save the adjustment.

Operating Instructions

1. Daily Alarm and Weekend Alarm

The clock features a standard daily alarm and a separate weekend alarm.

• To set the daily alarm, enter setting mode and navigate to the daily alarm time. Adjust using UP/DOWN and confirm with SET.
• Similarly, set the weekend alarm time.
• You can choose to enable or disable these alarms independently.

2. Azan Sound Control

The clock provides complete Azan for all five prayers with adjustable volume.

• Locate the volume control switch, typically on the side or back of the clock (refer to image in Setup section).
• Slide the switch to increase or decrease the Azan volume.
• You can also enable or disable the Azan sound entirely through the settings menu.

3. Daylight Saving Time (DST)

To activate or deactivate Daylight Saving Time:

1. Enter setting mode.
2. Navigate to the DST option.
3. Use the UP/DOWN buttons to toggle DST on or off.
4. Confirm with SET.

4. Snooze Function

When an alarm sounds, press the SNOOZE button (if available) to temporarily silence the alarm. The alarm will sound again after a short interval.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the display dims or functions become erratic. Always use fresh AA batteries.
• Storage: If storing the clock for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
• Environment: Avoid exposing the clock to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or high humidity.
