Setup Instructions
- Choose Location: Select an outdoor location for the timer. Ensure it is mounted vertically and at least 2 feet (0.6 meters) above the ground to prevent water ingress and ensure proper photocell operation.

- Connect Power: Plug the timer's power cord into a grounded outdoor electrical outlet.
- Connect Devices: Plug your outdoor lights or appliances into the three grounded outlets on the timer unit.
- Remote Battery: The remote control comes with a 12V battery pre-installed. If the remote does not respond, check the battery for proper contact or replacement.
- Pairing the Remote (if necessary):
- Unplug the timer unit from the wall outlet.
- On the remote, press and hold both the ON and OFF buttons simultaneously.
- While still holding the ON and OFF buttons, plug the timer unit back into the wall outlet.
- Continue holding the buttons until the indicator light on the timer unit blinks, indicating successful pairing.

Operating Instructions
The BN-LINK timer offers several operating modes, which can be selected using the dial on the timer unit or the remote control.
Timer Unit Dial Settings
Rotate the dial on the timer unit to select the desired mode:
- OFF: Keeps connected devices off.
- ON: Keeps connected devices continuously on.
- Dusk-Dawn: Turns devices on at dusk and off at dawn automatically.
- 2H / 4H / 6H / 8H Countdown: Turns devices on at dusk and automatically turns them off after the selected duration (2, 4, 6, or 8 hours).

Remote Control Operation
The remote control allows you to conveniently switch between modes from a distance.
- ON Button: Turns connected devices on.
- OFF Button: Turns connected devices off.
- Dusk-Dawn Button: Activates the dusk-to-dawn mode.
- 2H / 4H / 6H / 8H Buttons: Activates the respective countdown timer mode. The devices will turn on at dusk and turn off after the selected hours.
When using the remote, ensure the timer unit's dial is set to a compatible mode (e.g., not forced to 'OFF' if you want to use remote 'ON'). The remote's signal can reach up to 100 feet, even through walls and doors.

Maintenance
