The Panda PAN56MGW2 is a 1.6 cubic feet portable top load washing machine designed for compact living spaces such as apartments, dorms, RVs, or as a secondary washer. Setup and Installation
Unpacking
Carefully remove the washer from its packaging. Inspect for any damage. Ensure all packing materials, including any shipping bolts or stabilizers, are removed before operation. The unit weighs approximately 51 lbs.
Water Connection
This machine features a single water inlet. It must be connected to a standard faucet using the provided inlet hose and quick adapter. Water temperature adjustment is performed directly at the faucet.

Drainage
Position the drain hose to discharge water into a sink or other suitable drainage point. Ensure the hose is securely placed to prevent accidental dislodgement during operation.

Power Connection
Connect the washer to a standard 3-prong 110V electrical outlet.

Loading Laundry
Open the top lid and load up to 11 lbs of laundry into the stainless steel drum. Avoid overloading to ensure optimal cleaning performance.

Detergent and Additives
Add detergent and any fabric softeners or bleach to the designated compartments. Refer to your detergent's instructions for appropriate amounts, considering the washer's 1.6 cu.ft capacity.

Selecting a Program
Choose from 10 wash programs based on your laundry needs. Options include various combinations of wash, rinse, spin, and drain cycles.
Water Level Selection
Select one of the 8 available water level settings to match your load size, optimizing water usage and cleaning effectiveness.
Starting a Cycle
Press the Start/Pause button to begin the selected wash cycle. Ensure the water supply is turned on at the faucet before starting.
Maintenance
Cleaning the Lint Filter
Regularly clean the lint filter to maintain optimal performance and prevent lint buildup. The lint filter is typically located inside the drum, near the top rim.
Cleaning the Pump Filter
Periodically check and clean the pump filter to ensure proper drainage and prevent blockages. Refer to the full manual for specific instructions on accessing and cleaning the pump filter.
General Cleaning
Wipe down the exterior of the washer with a soft, damp cloth. For the interior drum, use a washer-safe cleaner to remove any dirt, soil, odor, mold, mildew, bacteria residue, or hard water deposits.
