Insert the air plug of the arm cuff firmly into the air jack on the left side of the monitor unit.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Before Measurement

  • Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, exercising, and bathing for 30 minutes before measurement.
  • Rest for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
  • Sit in a comfortable position with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
  • Place your arm on a flat surface so the cuff is at heart level.
  • Ensure the cuff is applied directly to bare skin, not over clothing.

6.2. Applying the Arm Cuff

Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the center of your arm in line with your middle finger. Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight; you should be able to insert two fingers between the cuff and your arm. The artery mark on the cuff should be positioned over your brachial artery.

6.3. Taking a Measurement

  1. Select the desired user (User 1 or User 2) using the User Selection button.
  2. Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will automatically inflate.
  3. Remain still and silent during the measurement.
  4. Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate, and your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
  5. The result will be automatically stored in the selected user's memory.
  6. Press the START/STOP button again to turn off the unit, or it will automatically power off after 1 minute of inactivity.

6.4. Recalling Memory Readings

With the unit off, press the MEM button. The monitor will display the average of the last three readings, then cycle through individual stored readings from most recent to oldest. Press MEM repeatedly to view all stored data. Each user has 74 memory slots.

6.5. Clearing Memory

To clear all readings for a specific user, enter memory recall mode for that user. While viewing a reading, press and hold the SET button for approximately 3 seconds until "DEL" or "CLR" appears, indicating memory has been cleared.

7. Maintenance and Storage

7.1. Cleaning

Wipe the monitor unit and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, then wipe dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.

  • Store the device in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity.
