Setup and Assembly

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage or future transport.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash all attachments (beaters, dough hooks, whisk) and the magnetic nozzle in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the mixer body with a damp cloth.
  3. Attach Accessories:
    • Ensure the mixer is unplugged and the speed control is set to "0" (OFF).
    • Insert the desired attachments (beaters, dough hooks, or whisk) into the openings on the bottom of the mixer. Push firmly until they click into place.
    • For beaters and dough hooks, note that one shaft is larger than the other. Match the larger shaft to the larger opening.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 220-volt AC electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

General Mixing

  1. Place ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. With the mixer unplugged and speed set to "0", insert the appropriate attachments.
  3. Plug the mixer into the power outlet.
  4. Lower the attachments into the ingredients.
  5. Slide the speed control to the desired setting (1-7). Start with a lower speed and gradually increase as needed to prevent splashing.
  6. Move the mixer slowly around the bowl to ensure even mixing.
  7. When finished, slide the speed control back to "0" (OFF) and unplug the mixer.
  8. Press the beater eject lever to release the attachments.

Using HEATSOFT Technology

The HEATSOFT Technology allows you to soften ingredients like butter or cream cheese while mixing, eliminating the need to wait for them to reach room temperature.

  1. Follow steps 1-4 for general mixing.
  2. Press the HEATSOFT button. A gentle warming air will be directed towards the ingredients.
  3. Begin mixing at a low speed, gradually increasing as the ingredients soften.
  4. Continue mixing until desired consistency is achieved.
  5. When finished, release the HEATSOFT button, slide the speed control to "0" (OFF), and unplug the mixer.

Note: The HEATSOFT function is most effective for solid fats like butter and cream cheese. It is not intended for heating liquids.

Using the Boost Function

For an extra burst of power to handle thicker batters or to quickly incorporate ingredients, press and hold the BOOST button during operation. Release the button to return to the selected speed.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. Always unplug the mixer from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
  2. Mixer Body: Wipe the exterior of the mixer body with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the mixer body in water or any other liquid.
  3. Attachments (Beaters, Dough Hooks, Whisk): These accessories are hand-wash only. Wash them in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely before storing.
  4. Removable Magnetic Nozzle: The magnetic nozzle is dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning. Ensure it is completely dry before reattaching.
  5. Storage: Store the mixer and its attachments in the provided storage case in a clean, dry place.

Troubleshooting
