1 Year Limited Warranty

Sunbeam Products, Inc. (doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions, "JCS") warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase. JCS, at its discretion, will repair or replace the defective product or component. If the product is no longer available, a similar product of equal or greater value may be provided.

This warranty is exclusive and applies only to the original retail purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service. Any attempt to repair or modify the product's electrical or mechanical functions by unauthorized personnel will void this warranty.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from negligent use or misuse, improper voltage or current, use contrary to operating instructions, disassembly, repair, or alteration by anyone other than JCS or an authorized JCS service center. It also excludes damages from Acts of God (e.g., fire, flood, hurricanes, tornadoes).
