5. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for proper installation:

6. Operating Instructions

Operating your Northair Commercial Ice Maker is straightforward:

  1. Power On: Plug the unit into a grounded electrical outlet. Press the ON/OFF button on the LCD panel to start the ice making process.
  2. Adjust Ice Thickness: Use the (+) or (-) buttons on the control panel to adjust the thickness of the ice cubes. Thicker ice takes longer to produce.
  3. Timer Function: Press the TIMER button to set a reservation time for ice making. This allows you to schedule when the machine starts or stops.
  4. Ice Full Indicator: The "ICE FULL" indicator will illuminate when the ice storage bin is full, and the machine will automatically pause ice production.

7. Maintenance
