Setting the TSA Combination Lock
- The lock is preset to 0-0-0.
- Locate the small reset button (often recessed and requires a pen tip) next to the dials. Press this button firmly until you hear a 'click'.

Operating Instructions
Packing Your Luggage
Your Winfield 3 DLX luggage features a reversible packing divider and multiple zippered pockets to help organize your belongings. Utilize the cross-straps in the main compartment to secure your items and prevent shifting during transit. The zippered divider can be used to separate contents into two main sections or to create additional compartments.

Using the Spinner Wheels
The four multi-directional spinner wheels allow for 360-degree upright rolling, reducing strain on your arm and shoulder. Push or pull the luggage alongside you or in front of you with ease. For rougher surfaces, you may tilt the luggage and pull it on two wheels.

Expanding the Luggage Capacity
To expand the luggage, locate the secondary zipper around the perimeter of the case. Unzip this section to increase the depth of the main compartment, providing additional space for your belongings.
Maintenance
Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the polycarbonate shell with a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the finish. For stubborn marks, a gentle plastic cleaner may be used.
Wheel and Zipper Care
Periodically check the spinner wheels for any debris or hair that may impede their movement. Clean as necessary. For zippers, ensure they are free of obstructions. If a zipper becomes stiff, apply a small amount of silicone spray or zipper lubricant to the teeth.

Troubleshooting
Common Issues
- Sticking Wheels: Clean any debris from around the wheel axles. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
- Zipper Malfunction: Ensure the zipper teeth are aligned. If the zipper is caught, gently work it back and forth. Avoid forcing the zipper.
- Handle Not Extending/Retracting: Check for obstructions in the handle mechanism. Ensure the release button is fully depressed when operating.
TSA Lock Reset
If you forget your combination, there is no master reset code. You will need to try all 1000 combinations (000-999) until you find your code. This process can take time but is the only way to open the lock without damaging it. Once opened, you can reset the combination following the instructions in the "Setting the TSA Combination Lock" section.
