Button Functions:

  • CLOCK: Switches between displaying the current time and the active timer. Press and hold to set the current time.
  • T1 / T2: Selects Timer 1 or Timer 2 for setting or activation.
  • H (Hours): Adjusts the hour value for the selected timer or clock.
  • M (Minutes): Adjusts the minute value for the selected timer or clock.
  • S (Seconds): Adjusts the second value for the selected timer or clock.
  • C (Clear): Clears the set time for the active timer.
  • START/STOP: Starts or pauses the active timer.
  • MEMORY: Recalls the last set countdown time for the active timer.

Setup

Battery Installation:

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the timer.
  2. Slide the battery compartment cover downwards to open it.
  3. Insert one (1) AAA 1.5V battery, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment. (Battery not included)
  4. Slide the battery compartment cover back into place until it clicks securely.

Operating Instructions

1. Setting the Clock:

  1. Press the CLOCK button to switch the display to clock mode (if not already there).
  2. Press and hold the CLOCK button for approximately 3 seconds until the hour digits begin to flash.
  3. Use the H, M, and S buttons to set the desired hour, minute, and second.
  4. Press the CLOCK button again to confirm the setting and exit clock setting mode.

2. Using Countdown Timers (T1 / T2):

  1. Press either the T1 or T2 button to select the desired timer. The display will show 'T1' or 'T2' to indicate the active timer.
  2. Use the H, M, and S buttons to set the desired countdown time (up to 99 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds).
  3. Press the START/STOP button to begin the countdown. The display will show the remaining time.
  4. To pause the countdown, press the START/STOP button again. Press it once more to resume.
  5. When the countdown reaches zero, an audible alarm will sound for approximately 60 seconds. The display will flash '00:00:00'.
  6. Press any button to stop the alarm.

3. Clearing a Timer:

  • Select the timer (T1 or T2) you wish to clear.
  • If the timer is running, press START/STOP to pause it.
  • Press the C (Clear) button to reset the timer to '00:00:00'.

4. Memory Function:

  • After a countdown has completed and been stopped, or if a timer was manually cleared, press the MEMORY button to recall the last set countdown time for the active timer. This allows for quick reuse of frequently used timings.

5. Using Count-Up Function:

  1. Select the desired timer (T1 or T2).
  2. Ensure the timer is cleared to '00:00:00' by pressing the C (Clear) button.
  3. Press the START/STOP button. The timer will begin counting upwards from zero.
  4. To pause the count-up, press the START/STOP button again. Press it once more to resume.
  5. To reset the count-up timer to zero, press START/STOP to pause it, then press the C (Clear) button.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

  • Wipe the timer with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.

Battery Replacement:

  • If the display becomes dim or the alarm weakens, replace the AAA battery as described in the 'Setup' section.
  • Dispose of used batteries responsibly according to local regulations.

Storage:

  • Store the timer in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • If storing for an extended period, remove the battery to prevent leakage.

Troubleshooting

  • Display is blank or dim:
    Ensure the battery is correctly installed with the correct polarity. Replace the AAA battery with a fresh one.
  • Timer not starting/stopping:
    Ensure you have selected either T1 or T2. Press the START/STOP button firmly. If setting a countdown, ensure a time has been entered before pressing START/STOP.
  • Alarm not sounding:
    Check if the battery is low and replace it if necessary. Ensure the timer is counting down to zero.
  • Buttons are unresponsive:
    Remove and reinsert the battery to perform a soft reset. If the issue persists, the unit may require service.
