4. Setup Instructions

1. Power Connection:
   • For standard use, plug the 12V cigarette lighter plug into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
   • For higher power draw or direct battery connection, use the included heavy-duty battery clamps. Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of your car battery and the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal. Ensure a secure connection.
2. Hose Connection: Connect the flexible air hose from the compressor to the valve connector on the item you wish to inflate. For extended reach, attach the 11.5ft extension air hose between the compressor and the valve connector.
3. Adapter Selection: Choose the appropriate nozzle adapter for the item you are inflating (e.g., ball needle, inflatable cone) and securely attach it to the end of the air hose.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Start Vehicle Engine: For optimal performance and to prevent draining your vehicle's battery, it is recommended to start your vehicle's engine before operating the air compressor.
2. Connect to Item: Securely attach the air hose (with appropriate adapter) to the item's valve stem.
3. Activate Compressor: Locate the power switch on the side of the compressor and switch it to the 'ON' position. The compressor will begin to inflate the item.
4. Monitor Pressure: Continuously monitor the pressure gauge on top of the compressor. Inflate to the recommended PSI for your tire or item. Refer to your vehicle's owner's manual or the tire's sidewall for recommended tire pressure.
5. Turn Off: Once the desired pressure is reached, immediately switch the compressor to the 'OFF' position.
6. Disconnect: Carefully disconnect the air hose from the valve stem. Some air may escape during disconnection; this is normal. Replace the valve cap if applicable.

6. Maintenance

• Regular Inspection: Periodically inspect the air hose, power cables, and clamps for any signs of wear, damage, or kinks. Replace if necessary.
• Fuse Replacement: The cigarette lighter plug contains a replaceable fuse. If the compressor stops working, check and replace the fuse if it is blown. To replace, unscrew the tip of the cigarette lighter plug, remove the old fuse, and insert the spare fuse provided.
• Storage: After use, allow the compressor to cool down. Store all components neatly in the provided travel carry bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Avoid Overheating: Do not operate the compressor continuously for extended periods (e.g., more than 10 minutes) to prevent overheating and potential damage to the motor. Allow adequate cool-down time between uses.

7. Troubleshooting

• Compressor Not Turning On:
  • Ensure the power connection (cigarette lighter or battery clamps) is secure and providing power.

• Slow Inflation or No Air Output:
