Setup

Unpacking

  1. Carefully remove all packaging materials, including the foam base and any adhesive tape.
  2. Inspect the unit for any damage during transit. Report any damage to your retailer immediately.
  3. Clean the interior and exterior of the unit with a soft cloth and mild detergent before use.

Placement

  • This unit is designed for freestanding application only. It is NOT for built-in use.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Allow at least 5 inches of space at the back and sides for proper air circulation.
  • Place the unit on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources (e.g., oven, radiator), and extreme cold.
  • Avoid placing the unit in areas with high humidity.

Leveling

  • The unit is equipped with adjustable leveling legs. Adjust these legs to ensure the cooler is perfectly level.
  • The beverage and wine center door will close more easily when the two front leveling legs are extended slightly.

Power Connection

Temperature Control

Shelf Configuration

Maintenance

Cleaning

  • Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
  • Clean the interior with a soft cloth and a solution of warm water and baking soda (2 tablespoons of baking soda to 1 quart of water).
  • Wash removable shelves with a mild detergent solution, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely before replacing.
  • Clean the exterior with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
  • Regularly clean the door gasket to ensure a tight seal.

Defrosting

  • This unit features a manual defrost system.
  • When frost accumulates to a thickness of 1/4 inch or more, the unit should be defrosted.
  • To defrost, unplug the unit, remove all contents, and leave the door open. Place towels at the bottom to absorb melted ice.
  • Do not use sharp objects or heating devices to remove frost, as this can damage the cooling system.

Troubleshooting
