5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Glasses

Before first use, fully charge the 3D glasses. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the glasses and to a standard USB power source. A full charge can last up to 40 hours.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On/Off and Switching Modes

Locate the power button on the bridge of the glasses. Press it once to turn the glasses on. The indicator light will illuminate. To switch between left and right eye synchronization (if needed for specific content), press the button again. To turn off the glasses, press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off.

6.2 Using with a Projector

1. Ensure your JMGO projector is powered on and displaying 3D content.
2. Turn on the 3D glasses by pressing the power button once.
3. The glasses should automatically synchronize with the DLP-Link signal from the projector within 6 seconds.
4. If the 3D effect is not correct (e.g., blurry or inverted depth), press the power button on the glasses again to switch the left/right eye synchronization.
5. For optimal viewing, ensure the room lighting is appropriate for 3D content.

7. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use the provided cleaning cloth to gently wipe the lenses. Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or solvents, as these can damage the lens coating.
• Storage: Store the glasses in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep them in a protective case when not in use to prevent scratches.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the glasses frequently. Charge them regularly, even if not in constant use.

8. Troubleshooting

• No 3D Effect / Blurry Image:
  • Ensure the glasses are fully charged and powered on.
  • Verify your projector is outputting a DLP-Link 3D signal.
  • Press the power button on the glasses to switch the left/right eye synchronization.
  • Check that the 3D content is correctly formatted (e.g., Frame Packing, Side-by-Side, Top-and-Bottom) on your projector settings.
  • Ensure there are no obstructions between the glasses and the projector's 3D emitter.
• Glasses Not Turning On:
  • Charge the glasses for at least 30 minutes.
  • Try pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds to reset.
• Short Battery Life:
  • Ensure the glasses are fully charged before use.
  • The glasses have an auto power-off function if no signal is detected for 30 seconds. Ensure this is functioning correctly.
