Setup

2. Physical Connections

Connect the Panorama T6 to your computer using the supplied USB cable. The USB connection provides both power and data transfer. If using external pedals, connect them to the dedicated Foot Switch and Expression Pedal jacks on the rear panel.

  • USB Port: For power and data connection to your computer.

1. Keyboard and Pads

  • Keys: The 61-note synth-action keyboard features aftertouch for expressive control.
  • Pads: 8 super-sensitive pads with pressure response. Ideal for drumming, triggering samples, or launching clips.
  • Chord Mode: Trigger up to 6 notes from a single key or pad.
  • Hold Mode: Sustains played notes until deactivated, useful for sustained sounds or legato playing.

2. Note Repeat

The Note Repeat function is an inspiring performance tool, allowing real-time control over trigger rate, accent, swing, and gate. Separate settings can be applied for keys and pads. Activate or deactivate at any time using the dedicated repeat buttons. It can also sync to an external clock source. Velocity can be controlled via pressure or the modulation wheels.

3. Nektarine Software

Nektarine provides instant access to Nektar plugin control within any VST/VST3/AU DAW. It allows you to customize mapping or create new plugin maps from scratch. You can browse patches directly from the Panorama T6's display. Nektarine also supports layering up to 8 VST/VST3/AU plugins with mix control for volume, pan, mute, solo, and selection.

4. DAW Control

Nektar provides deep DAW integration for popular software including Bitwig, Cubase, GarageBand, Logic, Unendow, Reason, Reaper, and Studio One. The Panorama T6 is also MCU compatible, allowing control of most other MIDI music software. This integration enables hands-on control of transport, mixer, and instrument parameters directly from the controller.

Maintenance
