Setup Instructions

The Intex Ultra XTR pool is designed for easy assembly, typically ready for water in about 60 minutes. It is highly recommended to have at least two people for setup.

1. Site Preparation

Choose a perfectly level area for your pool. Uneven ground can cause structural issues once the pool is filled. Clear the area of all rocks, pebbles, roots, and debris. Consider using foam board insulation under the ground cloth for added protection and comfort.

2. Ground Cloth Placement

Lay out the included ground cloth on the prepared level surface. This provides an additional layer of protection for the pool liner.

3. Assemble the Frame

The Ultra XTR pools feature an Easy Lock System, where frame components snap together without the need for locking pins or additional tools. Follow the instructions provided in the physical manual for specific frame assembly steps.

Place 15x15 inch boards (not included) under each leg of the pool to support the weight and prevent sinking, especially on softer ground.

4. Install the Liner

Carefully spread out the pool liner within the assembled frame. Ensure it is centered and smooth out any wrinkles on the bottom.

5. Begin Filling the Pool

Start filling the pool with water. As the water level rises, the sides of the pool may bow inward slightly; this is normal and will straighten out as the water pressure increases.
