2. Important Safety Instructions

The main motor unit features a power button and a speed adjustment dial at the top. The blending shaft is made of robust stainless steel with a titanium-coated 4-blade system for efficient processing. 5. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food. Ensure the appliance is unplugged before assembly or disassembly.

5.1 Assembling the Chopper Attachment

1. Add Ingredients: Place the desired blade (chopper blade or ice crushing blade) onto the shaft inside the chopper bowl. Cut ingredients into small, manageable pieces and add them to the bowl.
2. Install Chopper Lid: Securely fasten the chopper lid onto the chopper bowl. Ensure it clicks into place.
3. Install Main Body: Attach the motor unit onto the chopper lid. Twist until it locks securely.

5.2 Assembling the Blending Shaft

• Align the motor unit with the blending shaft.
• Twist the motor unit onto the blending shaft until it locks securely.
• Ensure the blending shaft is fully engaged before plugging in the appliance.

5.3 Assembling the Whisk Attachment

• Insert the whisk into the whisk gear box.
• Align the whisk gear box with the motor unit.
• Twist the motor unit onto the whisk gear box until it locks securely.

6. Operating Instructions

Always ensure the appliance is properly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet before operation.

6.1 Speed Control

The LINKChef HB-2140T features 20 adjustable speeds. Rotate the dial on the top of the motor unit to select your desired speed. Lower speeds are suitable for softer ingredients or gentle mixing, while higher speeds are ideal for tougher ingredients or faster processing.

6.2 Using the Immersion Blending Shaft

• Attach the blending shaft to the motor unit.
• Immerse the blending shaft into the ingredients in a pot, bowl, or the provided measuring cup. Ensure the blade guard is fully submerged to prevent splashing.
• Press and hold the power button to start blending. Move the blender up and down gently to ensure even processing.
• Release the power button to stop. Unplug the appliance before removing the blending shaft.

6.3 Using the Chopper Attachment

• Follow the assembly steps in Section 5.1.
• For general chopping, use the standard chopper blade. For crushing ice, use the dedicated ice crushing blade.
• Do not overfill the chopper bowl. Process ingredients in batches if necessary.
• Press and hold the power button in short pulses for coarse chopping, or continuously for finer results.
• Always ensure the lid is securely in place during operation.

6.4 Using the Whisk Attachment

• Attach the whisk to the whisk gear box, then attach the gear box to the motor unit.
• Use the whisk for whipping cream, beating eggs, or mixing light batters.
• Insert the whisk into the ingredients. Press and hold the power button to operate.
• Start with a lower speed and gradually increase if needed.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your appliance.

• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water or any other liquid.
• Blending Shaft, Whisk, Chopper Bowl, Blades, Measuring Cup: These parts are generally dishwasher safe (top rack recommended) or can be hand-washed in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.
