Setup and First Use
Unpacking and Initial Cleaning
- Carefully remove the machine and all accessories from the packaging.
- Wash the water tank, drip tray, coffee grounds collector, and milk container (if applicable) with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth.
Filling the Water Tank and Bean Hopper
- Water Tank: Remove the water tank from the back of the machine. Fill it with fresh, cold water up to the MAX line. Replace the tank securely. The extra-large 77.8 oz water reservoir minimizes frequent refills.
- Bean Hopper: Open the lid of the bean hopper located on top of the machine. Pour whole coffee beans into the hopper. Ensure the lid is closed properly to maintain bean freshness.
First Use Cycle
Before making your first beverage, perform a rinsing cycle to prime the system:
- Plug the machine into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Press the power button to turn on the machine.
- Follow the on-screen instructions on the OLED display. The machine will typically prompt for an initial rinse.
- Place a container under the coffee spout to collect the water.
- Allow the cycle to complete. The machine is now ready for use.
Operating Instructions
Making Espresso and Coffee
- Ensure the water tank is filled and the bean hopper contains fresh beans.
- Place your cup(s) under the coffee spout. Adjust the spout height as needed.
- Select your desired drink (e.g., Espresso, Long Coffee) from the OLED screen using the touch buttons.
- For two coffees at a time, select the desired drink and the machine will automatically prepare two servings.
- To customize strength, use the "Bold" function or press the "Extra Shot" button for a stronger flavor.
- The machine will grind the beans, brew, and dispense your coffee.
Making Milk-Based Drinks
The integrated milk container allows for easy preparation of lattes, cappuccinos, and more.
- Fill the milk container with fresh, cold milk.
- Connect the milk container to the machine as per the diagram in the full user manual.
- Place your cup(s) under the coffee and milk spout.
- Select your desired milk-based drink (e.g., Cappuccino, Macchiato) from the OLED screen.
- The machine will automatically froth and dispense milk, followed by coffee.
Maintenance and Cleaning
