2. Setup and Assembly

Proper assembly is crucial for optimal performance and longevity of your system. Follow these steps to set up your PC-O11DX case.

2.1 Unpacking and Component Identification

Carefully remove the case from its packaging. Inspect all components for any signs of damage. The package should include the PC-O11DX chassis and an accessory box containing screws, cable ties, and other small parts.

2.2 Panel Removal

The PC-O11DX features tool-less removal of its tempered glass panels and top panel for easy access during installation.

  1. Top Panel: Gently slide the top panel backward and lift to remove it. This provides access to the top fan/radiator mounts and allows for side panel removal.
  2. Side and Front Tempered Glass Panels: Once the top panel is removed, the tempered glass side and front panels can be lifted upwards and then pulled away from the chassis. Handle with care to prevent damage.
  3. Rear Panel: The rear panel, which covers the power supply and drive bays, is secured with thumbscrews. Remove these to access the rear chamber.

2.3 Motherboard Installation

Install your EATX, ATX, or MicroATX motherboard onto the pre-installed standoffs. Secure it with the appropriate screws from the accessory kit.

2.4 Drive Installation

The case supports 2x 3.5" HDDs and 4x 2.5" SSDs.

  • 3.5" HDD: Install 3.5" hard drives in the removable drive cages located in the rear chamber.
  • 2.5" SSD: Install 2.5" SSDs on the dedicated mounting plates, also located in the rear chamber or on the motherboard tray.

2.5 Fan and Radiator Installation

The PC-O11DX offers extensive cooling options:

  • Top: Supports 3x 120mm or 2x 140mm fans, or radiators up to 360mm.
  • Side: Supports 3x 120mm fans, or radiators up to 360mm.
  • Bottom: Supports 3x 120mm fans, or radiators up to 360mm.

Install fans and radiators as needed for your cooling configuration. Ensure proper airflow direction for optimal thermal performance.

2.6 Power Supply Installation

The power supply is mounted in the dedicated compartment within the rear chamber. Secure it using the provided screws.

2.7 Cable Management

Utilize the numerous cable routing cutouts and tie-down points in the rear chamber to manage cables effectively. This improves airflow and maintains a clean aesthetic in the main compartment.

2.8 Front I/O Connections

Connect the front I/O panel cables (USB 3.0, USB 3.1 Type-C, HD Audio, Power, Reset, LED) to the corresponding headers on your motherboard.

2.9 Reattaching Panels

Once all components are installed and cables are managed, carefully reattach the tempered glass panels and the top panel in reverse order of removal. Ensure they are securely seated.

3. Operating Instructions

After successful assembly, connect your peripherals and power cable to the system. Press the power button on the front I/O panel to start your computer. The front I/O panel provides convenient access to USB 3.0 ports, a USB 3.1 Type-C port, and HD audio jacks for headphones and microphones.

4. Maintenance

Regular maintenance helps preserve the performance and appearance of your PC-O11DX case.

4.1 Dust Filter Cleaning

The PC-O11DX is equipped with magnetic dust filters on the top, side, and bottom. These filters prevent dust buildup inside the case. Periodically remove and clean them by rinsing with water or using a soft brush. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
