1. Setup
Follow these steps to prepare your Amarey A800 Robot Vacuum for its first use:
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Charging Dock Placement: Place the charging dock against a wall in an open, uncluttered area. Ensure there is at least 1 meter (3 feet) of clear space in front of the dock and 0.5 meters (1.5 feet) on either side. Plug the power adapter into the wall outlet.
- Initial Charge: Place the robot vacuum onto the charging dock. Ensure the charging pins on the vacuum align with those on the dock. The indicator light on the vacuum will show charging status. Allow the vacuum to fully charge before first use (approximately 5-6 hours).
- Install Side Brushes: Attach the side brushes by pressing them onto the posts until they click into place.
- Remote Control Setup: Insert batteries into the remote control. The remote can be used to control cleaning modes and scheduling.
- App Connection (Optional): Download the Amarey app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your robot vacuum for advanced control and scheduling.

3. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Amarey A800 Robot Vacuum.
Emptying the Dustbin
The robot vacuum has a large 20oz dustbin. It is recommended to empty the dustbin after each cleaning cycle, especially if you have pets or high traffic areas.
- Remove Dustbin: Press the dustbin release button and pull out the dustbin.
- Empty Contents: Open the dustbin lid and discard collected debris into a trash can.
Cleaning/Replacing Filters
The Amarey A800 uses a triple filter system (washable Pre-filter, Sponge, High-efficiency filter).
- Remove Filters: After emptying the dustbin, remove the pre-filter, sponge, and high-efficiency filter.
- Clean Filters: Tap off loose dirt from the filters. The pre-filter and sponge can be rinsed under running water. Ensure they are completely dry before reinstallation. The high-efficiency filter should not be washed; tap it gently to remove dust.
- Replace Filters: Reinstall the dry filters into the dustbin. Replace filters every 2-3 months, or more frequently depending on usage.
Cleaning Brushes
Regularly inspect and clean the side brushes and rolling brush to prevent hair tangles and maintain cleaning efficiency.
- Clean Side Brushes: Gently pull the side brushes to remove them. Remove any hair or debris wrapped around them. Reattach the brushes.
- Clean Rolling Brush: Open the brush guard. Remove the rolling brush. Use the cleaning tool (provided with the vacuum) to cut and remove any tangled hair or debris. Reinstall the rolling brush and close the guard.

- Reduced Suction: Empty the dustbin and clean all filters. Check if the rolling brush or side brushes are tangled with hair or debris.
- Getting Stuck Frequently: Clear any obstacles like cables, loose rugs, or small items from the cleaning path. Ensure the anti-drop sensors are clean.
