  2. Plug the AC adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
  3. The scale will begin charging its internal battery automatically.

  3. Read the weight displayed on the LCD.

  2. When an item is placed on the platform, the LED annunciator will light up:
    • Under: Indicates the item's weight is below the set lower limit.
    • Accept: Indicates the item's weight is within the set acceptable range.
    • Over: Indicates the item's weight is above the set upper limit.

4.5 Counting Function

The scale can be used for counting a large number of identical items based on a sample weight.

  1. Place a known quantity of items (e.g., 10, 20, 50) on the platform.
  2. Access the counting mode (refer to the full operational manual for specific button sequences).
  3. Input the sample quantity. The scale will calculate the average piece weight.
  4. Add more items, and the display will show the total count.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

  • Always disconnect the scale from the power source before cleaning.
  • Wipe the stainless steel platform and scale body with a soft, damp cloth.
  • For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
  • Do not spray liquids directly onto the scale.
  • Ensure the scale is completely dry before reconnecting power.

5.2 Battery Care

  • To prolong battery life, fully charge the battery before initial use and after extended periods of storage.
  • If the scale will not be used for a long time, charge the battery every 3 months to prevent deep discharge.
