Setup

Operation
Making Ice Cream or Yogurt

- Pour Mixture: With the lid secured and the mixing paddle in place, pour the prepared mixture through the ingredient chute into the mixing bowl. Do not fill the bowl more than 50% to allow for expansion during freezing.
- Set Timer: Use the control panel to set the desired preparation time. The typical range is 10-60 minutes, depending on the recipe and desired consistency. An LED display shows the selected or remaining time.
