Maintenance
To maintain the performance and longevity of your BRT26A sound bar:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the exterior. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Weatherproofing: While IPX5 rated, avoid direct high-pressure water spray. Ensure all port covers are securely closed when not in use to maintain water resistance.
- Storage: If storing the vehicle for an extended period, it is recommended to disconnect the sound bar from the power source to prevent battery drain, as the RF receiver for the remote control draws minimal power even when off.

Troubleshooting
- No Power: Check all power connections and ensure the vehicle's battery is charged. Verify the power accessory extension adaptor is correctly connected.
- No Sound: Ensure the volume is turned up on both the sound bar and your connected device. Check that the correct input mode (Bluetooth, Aux, USB) is selected.
- Bluetooth Connection Issues: Ensure the sound bar is in Bluetooth mode and your device's Bluetooth is enabled and discoverable. Try unpairing and re-pairing the device.
- Low Volume: Adjust the volume on both the sound bar and the connected audio source. Some devices may have their own volume limits that need to be adjusted.
- Battery Drain: If the sound bar is left connected to the vehicle's battery for extended periods without the vehicle running, it may cause battery drain due to the remote control's RF receiver. Disconnect the sound bar from the power source when not in use for prolonged periods.
