5. Setup

5.1 Connecting the Phone

  3. Connect the power adapter to the DC IN port on the phone unit and plug the other end into a standard electrical outlet.

5.2 Initial Power On

Once connected, the phone display should light up. The phone will perform a self-check. Set the date and time if prompted by the display.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Making a Call

  1. Lift the handset.
  2. Dial the desired phone number using the keypad.
  3. Wait for the call to connect.

6.2 Receiving a Call

When the phone rings, lift the handset to answer the call.

6.3 Basic Functions

  • Redial: Press the Redial button to call the last dialed number.
  • Mute: Press the Mute button during a call to mute your microphone. Press again to unmute.
  • Volume: Use the Volume Up/Down buttons to adjust the handset or ringer volume.
  • Caller ID: Incoming call information will be displayed on the LCD screen (requires subscription to Caller ID service from your telephone provider).
