Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Nature's Generator Power Pod. This can be done by connecting it to your main Nature's Generator unit, which can then be charged via solar panels, wind turbines, or an AC power source.

Operating the Power Pod

Once connected to a Nature's Generator, the Power Pod acts as an extended battery, seamlessly providing additional capacity to the overall system. Power output is managed through the main Nature's Generator unit.

Checking Battery Level

Press and hold the button next to the LED battery fuel gauge on the front panel to check the current charge level of the Power Pod.

Recharging Methods

The Power Pod recharges through its connection to the main Nature's Generator unit. The main generator supports multiple recharging methods:

  • Solar Panels: Connect compatible solar panels to the main Nature's Generator's solar input.
  • Wind Turbine: Connect a compatible wind turbine to the main Nature's Generator's wind input.
  • AC Power: Plug the main Nature's Generator into a standard wall outlet.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Nature's Generator Power Pod.

  • Recharge Frequency: Recharge your Nature's Generator Power Pod at least once every four months, even if not in use, to maintain battery health.
  • Storage: Store the Power Pod in a ventilated, cool, and dry location.
  • Long-Term Storage: If possible, connect your Nature's Generator Power Pod to a solar panel while in storage to continuously top off the battery voltage and prevent deep discharge.
  • Battery Replacement: The Power Pod is designed for user-friendly battery replacement. If the internal battery needs to be replaced, simply open the top cover and replace the 12V 100Ah AGM Deep Cycle SLA battery.

Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your Power Pod.

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
