1. Product Overview

The Ticwatch Pro is a premium smartwatch designed for extended battery life and comprehensive health and fitness tracking. It features a unique dual-layered display and operates on Wear OS by Google, offering a versatile user experience.

2. Setup

2.1 Unboxing and Initial Charge

Upon unboxing your Ticwatch Pro, you will find the smartwatch, a user manual, and a magnetic USB charging cable. It is recommended to fully charge the device before initial use.

  • Connect the magnetic USB charging cable to the charging pins on the back of the smartwatch.
  • Plug the USB end of the cable into a computer USB port or a 5V 1A USB power adapter. Avoid using 2.1A fast chargers to prevent damage.
  • A full charge typically takes approximately 80 minutes.

2.2 Power On and Pairing

To power on the smartwatch, press and hold the power button located on the side. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your Ticwatch Pro with your smartphone via the Wear OS by Google app.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Dual-Layered Display Modes

The Ticwatch Pro features a dual-layered display to optimize battery life and functionality:

  • Smart Mode: Utilizes the AMOLED display for full Wear OS functionality, including apps, notifications, and vibrant watch faces.
  • Essential Mode: Activates the power-saving FSTN LCD display, showing essential information such as time, date, step count, and heart rate. This mode significantly extends battery life.

3.2 Navigation and Controls

  • Touchscreen Gestures: Swipe left, right, up, or down on the screen to navigate through menus, notifications, and quick settings.
  • Power Button: Press to access the app drawer. Press and hold to power on/off or restart the watch.
  • Back Button: Press to return to the previous screen.
  • Microphone: Used for voice commands and Google Assistant.

3.3 Google Assistant

Access Google Assistant by swiping right from the watch face. Use voice commands to check weather, news, set reminders, and more.

3.4 Notifications and Communication

Swipe up from the watch face to view notifications. You can respond to emails and messages directly from your watch using voice input, emojis, or a keyboard.

3.5 Google Pay (NFC)

The Ticwatch Pro supports NFC payments via Google Pay. Set up your cards in the Wear OS app on your phone to make contactless purchases directly from your wrist.

3.6 Phone Calls

The smartwatch supports phone calls via Bluetooth when connected to your smartphone. For independent communication, you can activate an eSIM with a compatible cellular provider.

3.7 Watch Faces

Customize your watch's appearance with a variety of pre-installed watch faces or download more from the Google Play Store.

3.8 TicMotion Tracking

TicMotion, powered by Mobvoi's proprietary AI algorithms, proactively detects and tracks your motion and provides fitness records automatically. This includes:

  • Proactive running tracking
  • Swim style detection & monitoring
  • Proactive fast walking tracking
  • Proactive cycling tracking
  • Sleep tracking (available through software updates)

4. Maintenance

4.1 Charging

Always charge your Ticwatch Pro using a computer USB port or a 5V 1A USB power adapter. Avoid using 2.1A fast charging adapters as this may damage the charger and the device.

4.2 Cleaning

Regularly clean your smartwatch with a soft, dry cloth. For water-resistant models, you may use a slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Slow Performance

If the watch experiences slow performance or lag, restarting the device can often resolve the issue. Ensure the Wear OS by Google operating system is up to date.

5.2 Battery Life

If battery life is shorter than expected, consider switching to Essential Mode more frequently. Adjusting screen brightness and disabling unnecessary background apps can also help conserve power.
