2. Safety Information
Please read and understand all safety instructions before using this product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Complete Immersion: Always ensure the heating element is fully submerged in the liquid before connecting the heater to a power source. Operating the heater dry can cause overheating and damage to the unit or fire.
- Heat-Resistant Containers: Use only heat-resistant containers for heating liquids.
- Unplug Before Removal: Disconnect the heater from the power source before removing it from the liquid.
- Hot Surfaces: The heating element and parts of the cord/handle can become very hot during and immediately after use. Avoid direct contact. Allow the unit to cool completely before handling or storing.
- Flammable Liquids: Do not use this heater with flammable liquids. This product is intended for water, coffee, tea, and similar non-flammable beverages.
- Children and Pets: Keep the heater out of reach of children and pets at all times, especially during operation and while cooling.
- Power Source: Ensure your vehicle's 12V/24V power outlet can safely supply the required wattage (120-140W).
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the heater and cord for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.

3. Setup
- Prepare Liquid: Fill a heat-resistant container with the desired liquid (e.g., water, coffee). Ensure the container is stable and on a flat surface.
- Immerse Heater: Carefully place the immersion heater into the liquid. The metal heating coil must be completely submerged. The plastic handle should remain above the liquid level.
- Connect to Power: Insert the 12V/24V car lighter plug firmly into your vehicle's power outlet.

4. Operating Instructions
- Start Heating: Once the heater is fully immersed and plugged in, it will begin to heat the liquid.
- Monitor Process: Observe the liquid as it heats. Heating time will vary depending on the volume of liquid and its initial temperature.
- Disconnect: When the desired temperature is reached, or the liquid begins to boil, immediately unplug the heater from the vehicle's power outlet.
- Remove Heater: Carefully remove the heater from the liquid. Be aware that the heating element will be extremely hot. Place it on a heat-resistant surface to cool.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: After the heater has completely cooled, wipe the heating element with a damp cloth to remove any residue. Do not immerse the entire unit (especially the plug and handle) in water for cleaning.
- Storage: Store the heater in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure the cord is not tightly wrapped or kinked.
- Avoid Abrasives: Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can damage the heating element's surface.
6. Troubleshooting
- Heater Not Working:
- Ensure the 12V/24V plug is fully inserted into the vehicle's power outlet.
- Check if the vehicle's power outlet is functioning (e.g., by testing with another device).
- Verify that the vehicle's ignition is on, if required for the power outlet to function.
- Liquid Not Heating Sufficiently:
- Confirm the heating element is fully submerged.
- Allow adequate time for heating, especially for larger volumes of liquid.
- Ensure the vehicle's power system is providing sufficient voltage (12V or 24V).
- Cord or Plug Getting Excessively Hot:
- A slight warmth is normal, but if the cord or plug becomes excessively hot to the touch, immediately unplug the device.
- This could indicate an issue with the heater, the vehicle's power outlet, or an overloaded circuit. Discontinue use and consult a qualified technician if concerns persist.
