Product Overview

The OLIGHT I3T EOS is a compact and powerful EDC (Every Day Carry) flashlight designed for various uses including camping and hiking. It features a slim profile and is powered by a single AAA battery, offering dual-output modes for versatile illumination.

Setup

1. Battery Installation:

   Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight. Insert one AAA battery (included) with the positive (+) end facing towards the head of the flashlight. Ensure to remove any protective barrier from the battery if present before insertion.

2. Secure Tail Cap:

   Screw the tail cap back on tightly to ensure proper electrical contact and maintain the flashlight's water resistance.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off:

   Press the tail switch to turn the flashlight on or off.

2. Mode Switching:

   The I3T EOS features two brightness modes: 5 lumens (low) and 180 lumens (high).

   • Momentary On (Low): Lightly press and hold the tail switch for momentary low output. Release to turn off.
   • Constant On (Low/High): Fully press the tail switch to turn on constant low output. Quickly press and release the switch again to cycle to high output.

3. Pocket Clip Usage:

   The dual-direction pocket clip allows for versatile carrying options, such as clipping to a pocket, backpack strap, or the brim of a hat for hands-free use.

Maintenance

• Cleaning:

  Wipe the flashlight with a clean, soft cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

• Battery Replacement:

  Replace the AAA battery when the light output dims significantly or the flashlight stops functioning. Always use a fresh, high-quality AAA battery.

• Water Resistance:

  The flashlight is IPX8 waterproof. Ensure the tail cap is fully tightened to maintain water resistance. Avoid prolonged submersion beyond specified depths or pressures.

• O-Ring Lubrication:

  Periodically inspect the O-ring for wear and tear. Lubricate it with silicone grease to maintain water resistance and smooth operation of the tail cap threads.
