Setup and Assembly

The AGM Folding Pedal Exerciser is designed for quick and easy setup.

Operating Instructions

Using for Leg Exercise:

  1. Sit comfortably in a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
  2. Place the exerciser in front of you, ensuring it is stable.
  3. Place your feet into the pedal straps. Adjust the straps for a secure, comfortable fit.
  4. Begin pedaling slowly, then gradually increase your speed.
  5. Adjust the resistance knob (located on the top of the unit) clockwise to increase resistance, and counter-clockwise to decrease it.

Using for Arm Exercise:

  1. Place the exerciser on a stable table at a comfortable height.
  2. Sit in front of the table and grasp the pedals with your hands.
