Setup and Assembly
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Clean: Before first use, wash the ceramic pots, glass lids, and soup spoons in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the main base unit with a damp cloth.
- Place Lid Holders: Insert the metal lid holders into the designated holes at the back of the main base unit. Ensure they are securely in place.
- Insert Pots: Place the three clean ceramic pots into their respective heating wells on the main base unit.
- Position Lids: Place the glass lids on top of the ceramic pots. The lid rests can be used to hold the lids upright when serving or stirring.
- Power Connection: Ensure the power cord is neatly stored using the convenient cord storage feature at the bottom of the unit. Plug the appliance into a standard 120V electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
- Add Ingredients: Place your desired ingredients into the ceramic pots. Do not overfill.
- Select Temperature: For each individual pot, turn the corresponding mechanical control knob to your desired setting:
- LOW: For slow cooking over a longer period.
- HIGH: For faster cooking.
- WARM: To keep cooked food at serving temperature.
- OFF: To turn off the heating element for that specific pot.
- Cover: Place the glass lids securely on the pots. The transparent lids allow you to monitor cooking progress without lifting.
- Cooking Time: Follow your recipe's recommended cooking times. Slow cooking generally requires longer times on lower settings.
- Serving: When ready to serve, use the lid rests to hold the lids conveniently while guests serve themselves. The included soup spoons can be used for serving.
- After Use: Once cooking and serving are complete, turn all control knobs to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance.
