Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to set up your LEXIN B4FM headset:

1. Mounting the Unit: Securely attach the B4FM main unit to your helmet using the provided bracket kit. Ensure it is firmly in place to prevent movement during rides.
2. Speaker Installation: Place the Mylar coaxial speakers inside your helmet, aligning them with your ears for optimal audio quality. Use the included adhesive pads if necessary to secure them.
3. Microphone Connection: Choose the appropriate microphone for your helmet type. Use the Boom Mic for open-face or flip-face helmets, and the Button Mic for full-face helmets. Connect the chosen microphone to the main unit.
4. Initial Charging: Before first use, fully charge the B4FM unit using the provided Type-C charging cable. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 15 hours of talk or music time.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Power Button until the LED light blinks blue.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Power Button until the LED light turns off.

Bluetooth Pairing (Phone)

To connect your B4FM to your smartphone:

1. Ensure your B4FM unit is powered on.
2. On your smartphone, go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
3. Select 'BT-S3' or 'LX-B4FM' from the list of available devices to pair.
4. Once connected, you can play music, make calls, and use voice assistants.

Intercom Pairing (Unit to Unit)

To pair two B4FM units for intercom communication:

1. Ensure both B4FM units are powered on and not connected to any other devices.
2. On both units, long press the Intercom Button until the LED lights flash blue and red alternately to enter pairing mode.
3. Click the Power Button on one of the headsets to initiate pairing.
4. Once paired, both units will show two blue lights flashing simultaneously, indicating a successful connection.

Music Sharing

The B4FM allows two riders to enjoy the same song. With your units connected, double-click the POWER BUTTON to initiate music sharing.
