Setup and Installation

Installation Methods:

The WOBANE puck lights offer two convenient installation methods:

1. Adhesive Metal Plate Installation:
   • Clean the desired installation surface thoroughly to ensure it is free of dust and grease.
   • Peel off the protective film from one side of the adhesive metal plate.
   • Stick the adhesive metal plate firmly onto the clean surface.
   • The puck light has a built-in magnet. Simply attach the light to the metal plate. This allows for easy removal for charging.
2. Direct Magnetic Adsorption:
   • If your desired installation surface is made of metal (e.g., a refrigerator, metal cabinet), you can directly attach the puck light using its built-in magnet without the need for the adhesive metal plate.

Operating Instructions

Modes of Operation:

The puck light features a switch with three positions: A (Auto), OFF, and M (Manual).

• A (Auto Mode):

  In this mode, the light will automatically turn on only when motion is detected in a dark environment. It will remain on for approximately 20 seconds after motion ceases. This mode is ideal for areas where light is only needed when someone is present, such as closets, pantries, or hallways.

• OFF Mode:

  The light will remain off regardless of motion or ambient light conditions. Use this mode when the light is not needed or during charging.
• M (Manual Mode / Constantly On):

  In this mode, the light will stay on continuously, functioning like a regular light or a flashlight. This is useful for tasks requiring prolonged illumination or as an emergency light.

Charging

The WOBANE puck lights are equipped with a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery. To charge the light:

1. Gently detach the puck light from its installed location (if using the magnetic attachment).
2. Locate the USB charging socket on the side of the light.
3. Connect one end of the provided USB charging cable to the light's USB socket and the other end to a compatible USB power source (e.g., power bank, phone charger, PC USB port).
4. The indicator light will typically show red during charging and turn green when fully charged.
5. Once fully charged, disconnect the cable and reattach the light to its desired location.

A full charge provides extended illumination time, depending on the mode of operation and frequency of activation.

Maintenance
