- First Use Note: It is normal to experience a slight burning smell during the first few uses. This is due to the motor varnish heating up and will dissipate with subsequent use. If the smell persists, contact the service center.
- The mixer grinder is equipped with an overload protection switch at the bottom of the main unit. If the motor stops due to overload, press this red button to reset and restart after a few minutes.

3. Setup and First Use
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Check for any damage.
- Cleaning: Before first use, wash all jars, lids, and blades with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the main motor unit with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the main unit on a clean, dry, and stable countertop. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (220-240V, 50-60Hz).
- Initial Run (Optional but Recommended): Run the mixer grinder empty for a minute or two on the lowest speed setting to allow the motor varnish to settle. A slight burning smell is normal during this process.
4. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your mixer grinder:
- Prepare Ingredients: Cut ingredients into small pieces suitable for the jar size. Do not overfill the jars beyond their maximum capacity markings.
- Attach Jar: Place the desired jar onto the main unit and turn it clockwise until it locks securely into place.
- Secure Lid: Place the lid firmly on the jar and ensure it is properly sealed.
- Select Speed: Turn the speed control knob to the desired setting. The mixer grinder offers 3 speed settings for various grinding needs. Start with a lower speed and gradually increase if necessary.
- Operation: Allow the mixer grinder to run until the desired consistency is achieved. Avoid continuous operation for more than 5 minutes. Allow a cooling period between cycles.
- Switch Off: Once done, turn the speed control knob to the 'OFF' position and unplug the appliance.
- Remove Jar: Turn the jar anti-clockwise to unlock and lift it from the main unit. Carefully remove the lid and pour out the contents.
