5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Turn the VOLUME knob clockwise to power on the unit. The power indicator LED will illuminate. Turn the knob counter-clockwise until it clicks to power off.

5.2 Adjusting Volume

Rotate the VOLUME knob to increase or decrease the overall headphone output level. Start with a low volume and gradually increase to a comfortable listening level to prevent hearing damage.

5.3 Stereo/Mono Mode Selection

Use the STEREO/MONO switch to select the desired output mode:

  • STEREO: When the switch is in the "STEREO" position, the amplifier will output a stereo mix, with Input 1 (L) going to the left ear and Input 2 (R) to the right ear.
  • MONO: When the switch is in the "MONO" position, both Input 1 (L) and Input 2 (R) will be summed and sent to both ears, providing a mono mix.

5.4 Adjusting Balance

The BALANCE knob allows you to adjust the relative levels of Input 1 (L) and Input 2 (R) in your headphone mix. This is particularly useful in stereo mode to create a personalized mix of two different sources.
